Tamper-proof packaging

We take utmost care to ensure the safety of your precious Jewellery through our meticulous packaging process. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks before being securely packed in either plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper.

To provide the utmost protection during delivery, multiple layers of bubble wrap are added.

 Shipping

Once your ordered product is securely packaged, we will entrust its delivery to one of our reliable shipping partners. This ensures that your Jewellery is delivered to you securely and within the specified timeframe.

 Delivery

Once an order is dispatched, the tracking information will be provided to the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to track their shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it. As a small business, we are unable to monitor or follow up on each order after dispatch.

In cases where the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect, reshipping can be arranged upon request, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
